Holly Ridge Elementary hosted a visiting local author, Mr. John Perry. Mr. Perry wrote the book, "The Book That Eats People". The students were treated to a presentation which included how he wrote his award winning book in just 50 hours. He performed music and read his book to the students. Mr. Perry personally signed copies of his book to his fans.
