Judith McQueen Hooker, 49, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested July 30 on possession of drug paraphernalia, resisting/obstructing a public officer and failure to appear charges.

Jose Heriberto Aquino, 43, of Durham was arrested July 30 on charges of identity theft and no drivers license.

John Stuart Irving, 43, of Holly Springs was arrested July 31 for failure to appear on a driving while a license was revoked charge.

Guffield Hibbert, 36, of Brooklyn, NY, was cited Aug. 2 on charges of simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Colin Thomas Kirshner, 24, of Holly Springs was arrested Aug. 2 on a failure to appear charge.

Coldan Mills Dean, 18, of Cary was cited Aug. 2 on charges of simple possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and underage possession of a malt beverage.

Gregory Charles Cox Jr., 18, of Apex was cited Aug. 2 on charges of simple possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Teresa Gail Howard, 50, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Aug. 3 on drug possession charges.

Ashaunessy Yvonne Kimble, 22, of Apex was arrested Aug. 3 on charges of identity theft, driving while a license was revoked and failure to appear on a driving while a license was revoked charge.

Christopher Lee Jahn, 28, of Apex was arrested Aug. 4 on a contempt of court charge.

Police arrested a suspect Aug. 2 in an incident off Avent Ferry Rd. allegedly involving possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

Police arrested a suspect Aug. 3 in an incident off Kenmont Dr. allegedly involving possession of cocaine.

Police arrested four suspects Aug. 5 in an incident off Verdoucq Dr. allegedly involving possession of marijuana and drug paraphernalia, and resisting/obstructing a public officer.

Police arrested a suspect Aug. 6 in an incident off North Main St. allegedly involving possession of a controlled substance.

Police arrested a suspect Aug. 7 off Sunset Lake Rd. in an incident allegedly involving possession of a controlled substance, marijuana and drug paraphernalia.

A suspect was arrested Aug. 8 off the G.B. Alford Hwy. in an incident allegedly involving driving while impaired.

A suspect was arrested Aug. 9 off Sunset Lake Rd. in an incident allegedly involving driving while impaired.

Police arrested two suspects Aug. 11 off Technology Dr. in an incident allegedly involving possession of marijuana and cocaine with the intent to sell or deliver, possession of a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, and attempted maintaining a dwelling or motor vehicle in which to keep or sell a controlled substance.

Breaking and entering into and larceny from a motor vehicle were reported July 29 off Brookberry Rd. The case was listed as inactive.

Larceny was reported at Rex Soccer Fields off West Maple Ave. July 30. The case is under further investigation.
