Aug. 30-Sept. 8 Arrests A suspect was arrested Aug. 31 in an incident allegedly involving resisting, obstructing or delaying a law enforcement officer.

A suspect was arrested Sept. 1 in an incident allegedly involving possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia and providing false report to police.

Nichole Newman Hawley, 30, of Apex was cited Sept. 2 on a driving while impaired charge.

Benjamin Wallace Utley, 18, of Apex was arrested Sept. 2 on a larceny charge.

Evony Maurice Nelson, 46, of Holly Springs was cited Sept. 4 on charges of simple worthless check, driving while impaired and driving while a license was revoked.

Bobbie Bullock, 36, of Apex was arrested Sept. 5 on charges of possession of cocaine, assault on a government official, resisting or obstructing a public officer, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Abel Gallegos Villanueva, 23, of Apex was arrested Sept. 6 on an identity theft charge.

Antwan Hinton, 20, of Holly Springs was arrested Sept. 6 for failure to appear on a no insurance, registration violation charge.

Antonio Lynn Battle, 20, of Garner was arrested Sept. 6 on possession with the intent to sell or deliver marijuana and possession or concealing counterfeiting charges.

Edwin Debaris Moody, 23, of Selma was cited Sept. 6 on a driving while a license was revoked charge.

Angelia Delena Campbell, 44, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 6 on simple worthless check charges.

Nathan Allen Simpson, 18, of Holly Springs was arrested Sept. 8 for failure to appear on simple possession of marijuana/possession of drug paraphernalia charges. Crimes
