Breast Cancer Awareness will be the topic of the MOMS Club of Fuquay/Holly Springs meeting at 10 a m, Oct. 1. Chelsea Gibbs, a representative from the Raleigh Susan G. Komen Foundation, will be sharing with us about breast cancer, strides we have made in finding a cure, how to do a monthly self-exam and much more. Mothers from the Fuquay-Varina, Holly Springs and Willow Springs area are welcome to join us for this special get-together. MOMS Club (Moms Offering Moms Support) is an international support group for mothers who stay home with their children, including those who have home-based businesses and those who work part-time but are home with their children during the day. Our chapter’s activities include speakers, babysitting co-op, playgroups, music time for tots, field trips, garden club and more for mothers and/or their children.
