It’s time again for the Just 4 Kids Semi-Annual Consignment Sale. This sale will run October 6-9 at Life Spring Community Church in Fuquay-Varina. For those of you who have come to expect good quality kids’ clothing, toys, books, shoes, and other items at great prices, this will be no exception. The ladies who run Just 4 Kids are expecting the fall sale to be even bigger and better than last spring!

Just 4 Kids was born in 2004. Two local mothers teamed up to find a way to “recycle” their children’s clothing and toys. Between the two of them, they have six children, three each. Jacqui Fields and Teresa Bozzano, both of Holly Springs, find the sale very valuable, “We are able to sell our children’s outgrown clothing and pick up much needed items for the new season.” Other local mothers must feel the same way because hundreds of them consign, volunteer, and shop at the sale.

Consignors bring in their gently-used children’s items and Just 4 Kids sells those things for them over the course of the week. Consignors are so happy to clean out their children’s closets, shop at Just 4 Kids before the public, and make some money on the things their kids outgrew! It’s a great way to recycle and reuse.

Participants can also feel good about supporting local charities. Just 4 Kids has donated unsold items to Helping Hands Forever, Catholic Parish Outreach, a pregnancy crisis center, Interact, local school children through PTAs, a battered women’s shelter. This fall, Just 4 Kids plans to donate the unsold coats to Coats for Kids.

New mothers could almost completely shop for all their baby needs from high chairs, infant clothing, blankets, bibs, swings, to strollers. Grandparents are some of Just 4 Kids’ biggest fans. It’s the perfect place to pick up an extra pack and play or some toys to keep at Grandma’s!

The Just 4 Kids fall sale is especially busy. Shoppers use this sale to buy holiday clothing and even presents. Winter coats, gloves, and boots will be in large supply. This is also a good time to buy Halloween costumes. You never know what great things you can find at Just 4 Kids. Consignors sell outdoor toys, f

urniture, books, DVDs, CDs, and of course lots and lots of kid’s clothing from infant to teen sizes. Finally, this fall sale is very special with the addition of drawings and giveaways. Several local businesses have offered gift certificates and free food to be given away at the sale. So, hurry and get registered!
