Arrests

Tina Henley Kelbough, 50, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 23 on a driving while impaired charge.

Jerome Edward Fogg Jr., 22, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 24 on failure to appear and equipment/paraphernalia possession/concealment charges.

Vincent Kyle Dodson, 19, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 24 on larceny of a cell phone, simple assault and trespassing charges.

Wilford Earl Peacock, 24, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Sept. 24 on an aggravated assault charge.

Bobby Rex Lawrence of Willow Springs was arrested Sept. 26 on failure to appear and parole and probation violation charges.

Shanta Washington, 28, of Angier was arrested Sept. 26 on an assault charge.

Theft

Theft of an $8,000 motor vehicle and prescription medications was reported Sept. 21 off Noconia Pl. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny of $2,500 in building materials and burglary by non-forced entry were reported off Johnson Pond Rd. Sept. 21. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny and breaking and entering were reported Sept. 21 off Broad St. Jewelry valued at more than $600 was reported stolen. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Larceny of drain grates valued at $300 was reported at an Old Bramble St. construction site Sept. 22. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Three larcenies of $350 mailboxes were reported Sept. 25 at Blue Ridge Lake Dr. construction sites. The cases were closed; leads were exhausted.

Property damage of $200 to an automobile by kicking a side panel was reported Sept. 21 off Balfour Downs Cir. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Property damage of $200 by spray painting graffiti on a structure was reported at Fuquay Swim Club off Falcon Dr. Sept. 22. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Property damage of $200 by keying a vehicle was reported Sept. 23 at an East Broad St. parking area. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

Property damage of $100 to a structure by spray painting a brick wall was reported Sept. 25 at Falcon Drive Park. The case is under further investigation.

Property damage of $400 to a structure by spray painting a brick building was reported Sept. 25 off North Main St. The case is under further investigation.
