Sept. 30-Oct. 6 Arrests A minor was arrested Sept. 30 on possession of stolen goods and resisting/obstructing a public officer charges.

David Leon Whitaker, 24, of Raleigh was arrested Oct. 2 for failure to appear on a failure to report an accident charge.

Richard Alexander Wallace, 18, of Holly Springs was arrested Oct. 2 on possession with the intent to sell or deliver marijuana, maintaining a dwelling or motor vehicle in which to keep or sell a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Rickie Lee McCoy, 23, of Lillington was arrested Oct. 3 on charges of a probation violation and failure to appear on an underage possession of alcohol charge.

Milledge Flanegan Perrymond, 39, of Fuquay-Varina was arrested Oct. 3 on charges of larceny and failure to appear on driving while impaired and failure to stop charges.

Charles Maurice Lacey, 40, of Holly Springs was arrested Oct. 4 on aggravated assault, assault on a female, resisting/obstructing a public officer, injury to personal property, and failure to appear on driving while a license was revoked charges.

A suspect was arrested in an Oct. 4 incident reported off Lee St. allegedly involving damage to personal property/vandalism.

Alexander David Jennings, 26, of Holly Springs was arrested Oct. 6 on rape in the first degree and indecent liberties with children charges.

Charles Spencer Todd, 46, of Holly Springs was arrested Oct. 6 on a driving while a license was revoked charge. Crimes

Larceny was reported Oct. 1 in the Wal-Mart parking area off the G. B. Alford Hwy. The case is under further investigation.
