Boylan Companies, a local leading organization providing a seamless range of comprehensive real estate services, proudly marked the grand opening of its Holly Springs mixed-use community, Main Street Square, with a day-long celebration. The event kicked-off with a formal ribbon cutting attended by Holly Springs Mayor Dick Sears, Holly Springs Chamber of Commerce members and team members of Boylan Development Company, followed by a public celebration complete with family-friendly activities and community tours. An evening VIP gala at the community’s recreation center concluded the evening, with over 150 people in attendance.

Main Street Square Apartments is part of the 37-acre mixed-use community Main Street Square. When complete, the community will include over 100 townhomes, 172 apartments, 16 single-family homes and 80,000 square feet of retail, office and restaurant space. In an effort to capture the character of a traditional North Carolina downtown neighborhood, the buildings will be placed near tree lined streets, and all building facades feature brick and cast stone. Unit interiors will be outfitted with staple Boylan Development finishes like upgraded countertops, natural birch cabinets and brushed nickel fixtures. Residents will also have access to a private clubhouse with luxury amenity offerings that is complete, as well as access to the future Greater Holly Springs Greenway System.

“As Holly Springs continues to be one of Triangle’s fastest growing towns, we are happy to meet these needs by offering a variety of residential and commercial opportunities,” said Tyler Morris, president of Boylan Development Company. “We are thankful for the continued support of the community, and look forward to watching Main Street Square play a pivotal role in the future growth of Holly Springs.”

The grand opening of Main Street Square comes as Boylan Development Company celebrates the opening of Manor Six Forks, a sustainable, eco-friendly mixed-use apartment community near Six Forks Road, Raleigh, and completes the end of Phase One of its Durham community, The Landing at Southpoint. The Landing at Southpoint is Durham’s most desirable luxury condominium community, bordering a lush, federally protected waterfowl and wetlands area with meticulous landscaping and plentiful parking throughout. Priced from $200,000, the 54 luxury flats will serve as North Carolina’s first “LEED for Home” Certified condominium project.
