Joseph Barton Carmichael, 45, of Holly Springs was cited March 19 on a driving while impaired charge.

Gregory Tyrone Jackson, 36, of Holly Springs was arrested March 19 on a trespassing in the second degree charge.

A case involving damage to personal property and breaking and entering was reported March 20 off West Holly Springs Rd. and was closed with an arrest.

Andrei Sergeivich Petrov, 23, of Holly Springs was arrested March 22 on a failure to appear misdemeanor charge.

Larceny was reported March 12 off Chieftain Dr. The case was listed as inactive.

Property damage was reported at Carwash King off South Main St. March 18. The case was closed; leads were exhausted.

A runaway was reported March 19 at Holly Ridge Middle School off Holly Springs Rd. The case was listed as inactive.

Electronic fraud and obtaining property by false pretense were reported March 19 off Creek Haven Dr. The case is under further investigation.

Larceny and breaking and entering were reported March 23 off Ralph Stephens Rd. The case is under further investigation.

Suicide involving a handgun was reported March 23 in a parking area off Vine St. The case was exceptionally cleared.
