Joan Elizabeth Reedy, 21, of Raleigh was cited Aug. 12 on a driving while impaired charge.

Mitchell Howard Travis, 57, of Raleigh was arrested Aug. 12 on possession of cocaine and conspiracy to traffic heroin charges.

Lori Ellen Rhinefield, 44, of Raleigh was arrested Aug. 12 on possession of cocaine and a controlled substance charges.

Almando Antonio Johnson, 33, of Holly Springs was arrested Aug. 13 on a failure to appear charge.

Frederick Stevenson Howell, 37, of Holly Springs was arrested Aug. 14 on an assault on a female charge.

An arrest was made in an Aug. 14 incident reported off Holly Springs Rd. allegedly involving impersonation of law enforcement.

Ying Han, 40, of Charlotte was arrested Aug. 16 on driver’s license, providing fictitious information to an officer and driving while revoked charges.
